Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Infrastructure: What is the current level of compliance, if any, within the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, with NZ Government Web Standards, which require public sector websites to be accessible?

Hon Chris Bishop: For the Treasury, I refer the Member to the answer to Written Question 5185 (2026). My other agencies are not required to comply with New Zealand Government Web Standards. However, I am advised that they continue to ensure their webpages are accessible.
