Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Mental Health: What is the current level of compliance, if any, within the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, with NZ Government Web Standards, which require public sector websites to be accessible?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission is not an agency required to implement the NZ Government Web Standards, however its website meets all the government standards of accessibility.
