5162 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: Further to WPQ 694 (2026), how many total homes originally forecast for delivery in 2025/26 have now been deferred to 2026/27 for any reason?

Hon Tama Potaka: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that approximately 250 homes originally forecast for 2025/26 have been re forecast to 2026/27 due to extended consent and engineering approval timeframes and council plan changes. Earlier advice of 119 homes reflected the position at the time.
