Hon Tama Potaka: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it has increased early engagement with Auckland Council and utility providers and improved forward visibility of demand. This is strengthening alignment and helping identify bottlenecks earlier, though measurable impacts are still emerging.
