Hon Tama Potaka: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it monitors drivers of consenting delays and understands many councils face staffing pressures across planning and specialist functions, contributing to longer processing times. We work closely with councils, provide earlier pipeline visibility, and submit high quality applications to support faster processing.
