Hon Tama Potaka: For the Housing First programme, ‘exit from housing’ and ‘exit from the programme’ are independent outcomes. A household may exit the programme for various reasons and continue to stay in the housing placement found via the programme, and vice versa. During the 2025 calendar year, the reported service volumes are (as of 31 December 2025): 1,202 households were placed into housing 153 households exited housing placement 1,690 households exited the programme Note: Data for Housing First are revised based on the latest data from new reporting, so the numbers provided as at 23 February may be revised in the future with updated data.
