5147 (2024). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Does the Minister stand by his statement that the Suicide Prevention Office “will remain open”, and if so, who has responsibility for the Suicide Prevention Office him or the Minister of Health?

Hon Matt Doocey: I refer the Member to Written Parliamentary Question 5139 (2024). The Minister of Health is the responsible Minister for Vote Health, including departmental funding for the Ministry of Health, the area of suicide prevention falls within my responsibilities as Minister for Mental Health.
