5121 (2026). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What communications, if any, did the Minister have with David Seymour about Amendment Paper No 504 for the Employment Relations Amendment Bill?

Hon Brooke van Velden: My office and I were in regular communication with colleagues regarding the Employment Relations Amendment Bill leading up to Committee of the Whole House. Identifying which communications were about the Amendment Paper in particular would be difficult to verify.
