5120 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Further to WPQ 5644, what progress, if any, has been made in the quarter July to September 2024 on health promotion work programmes concerning 'Nutrition and physical activity'?

Hon Simeon Brown: Our Government is focused on delivering timely, quality healthcare for all New Zealanders. I note that WPQ 5644 (2025) was addressed to the Minister for Climate Change and relates to beef and lamb, which are certainly relevant to nutrition. However, if the member intended to refer to a different WPQ focused specifically on nutrition and physical activity, I would be happy to provide the relevant update.
