5079 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: Did any Ministerial advisory staff provide comment on draft versions, if any, or the final report of Debbie Francis's review of the Teaching Council review; if so, on what date and to whom?

Hon Erica Stanford: My staff did not contribute to the report because the Teaching Council does not send my office operational reports or documentation to my office for my contribution as the Teaching Council is an independent statutory entity and is accountable to the Chief Executive and Board, not the Minister of Education.
