5078 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: Did the Minister or any staff in her Office edit the final report of Debbie Francis's Teaching Council review prior to its publication and after Debbie Francis submitted it?

Hon Erica Stanford: Neither I, nor my staff contributed to the report because the Teaching Council does not send operational reports or documentation to my office for my contribution as the Teaching Council is an independent statutory entity and is accountable to the Chief Executive and Board, not the Minister of Education.
