Hon Erica Stanford: Corrected reply: Yes. On 10 February 2026 my office provided a copy of the report to the New Zealand Herald following an official information request. On the morning of Wednesday 11 February my office sent the report to Katie Nimon and Carl Bates as the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Education and Workforce Select Committee with the intent that it was shared with Select Committee members. On 12 February 2026 my office provided a copy of letters I sent to the Chair of the Teaching Council and to the Interim Chief Executive of the Teaching Council to the New Zealand Herald.
