5070 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: Did any staff in the Minister's Office discuss the findings of the Teaching Council review conducted by Debbie Francis with anyone at the Ministry of Education; if so, with whom, on what date, and through what medium?

Hon Erica Stanford: I received written advice from the Ministry of Education about Debbie Francis’ report on 20 December 2025 and 5 February 2026. The content of the advice was discussed at meetings with a number of senior Ministry officials on 22 January 2026 and 9 February 2026. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 5071 (2026).
