Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter July to September 2024 toward the action ‘Invest in research for healthy futures for Māori’, under ‘Strategic Priority 1: Invest in excellent health research that addresses the health needs of all New Zealanders’ within the Ministry of Health’s New Zealand Health Research Strategy 2017 – 2027?

Hon Simeon Brown: Our Government is focused on delivering timely, quality healthcare for all New Zealanders. Agencies continue to invest in research that is focused on delivering better outcomes for all New Zealanders, including Māori.
