Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter July to September 2024 toward the action ‘Strengthen the clinical research environment and health services research’, under ‘Strategic Priority 2: Create a vibrant research environment in the health sector’ within the Ministry of Health’s New Zealand Health Research Strategy 2017 – 2027?

Hon Simeon Brown: Our Government is focused on delivering timely, quality healthcare for all New Zealanders. I am advised that Health New Zealand continued to broaden the arrangements for clinical trials.
