5040 (2026). Teanau Tuiono to the Prime Minister: What advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office seen, if any, about the Pacific unemployment rate rising to 12.3%, by title and date?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters relating to my Prime Minister portfolio, including from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). In my capacity as Prime Minister, I have received no advice from DPMC officials relating to the unemployment rate for Pacific peoples released by Stats NZ.
