Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter October to December 2024 to achieve the expectation ‘Enable faster access to medicines by improving the timeliness of processes related to accessing new medicines’ under the objective ‘1.5 Faster access to medicines and pharmaceuticals’ within the Government Policy Statement on Health 2024–2027?

Hon Simeon Brown: Our Government is focused on delivering timely, quality healthcare for all New Zealanders. I am advised that work continued in the October to December 2024 quarter on a range of actions outlined in the replies to Written Parliamentary Questions on these matters in previous quarters.
