4994 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Has an ovarian cancer register been investigated or established, and if so, what is the outcome of that work?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that options for an ovarian cancer register have been investigated. I am further advised that in order to achieve optimal cancer data collection an integrated national approach is needed, rather than a series of bespoke tumour specific registries.
