4989 (2025). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Revenue: How many phone and web message contacts, if any, has Inland Revenue received about FamilyBoost to date?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that from 1 July 2024, when the legislation was enacted, up to and including 19 February 2025, we have answered 17,374 phone contacts on the FamilyBoost voice queue and received 13,738 web messages relating to FamilyBoost.
