4976 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: Further to his response to WPQ 56052 (2025), which reported one NDA associated with legal costs, what internal approval process did Pharmac follow before entering into that NDA, and which positions (not individuals) were required to authorise it?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by Pharmac the process was conducted by the Pharmac Board, without involvement of Pharmac staff.
