Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: Further to his response to WPQ 56052 (2025), which confirmed Pharmac used one NDA since 27 November 2023, what Public Service Commission guidance was considered by Pharmac before entering the NDA, and what compliance checks were undertaken?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by Pharmac that the Public Service Commission was aware of the situation and provided advice to Pharmac, including ensuring that it sought legal advice.
