Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: Further to his response to WPQ 56052 (2025), which disclosed that Pharmac entered into an NDA incurring legal expenditure across multiple months, on what dates did legal discussions or negotiations concerning this NDA begin and conclude?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by Pharmac that it has legal duties with respect to agreements it signs. To strike an appropriate balance between those duties and Pharmac's reporting duties to Parliament, Pharmac provided relevant information in response to Select Committee’s questions.
