Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: Further to his response to WPQ 56052 (2025), which shows NDA-related costs in May 2025 and unspecified costs in August 2025, why did legal or administrative work relating to this NDA extend into August 2025, and what work was undertaken during that period?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by Pharmac that it seeks legal advice whenever questions are raised as to the appropriate interpretation of agreements it has signed.
