4957 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: When did the Teaching Council request that the Minister provide the Teaching Council with "enhanced powers" and who made the request?

Hon Erica Stanford: The Teaching Council (the Council) did not formally request enhanced powers. They mentioned constrainted that they had monitoring ITE providers.
