Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. Hon David Seymour has written to Ministers with portfolios in scope of the Budget 2025 savings exercise. This information will be made available to the House following presentation of the Budget.
