4859 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Finance: Is the Minister concerned the Family Boost rebate will create an administrative burden for Families, ECE and Inland Revenue?

Hon Nicola Willis: I acknowledge that FamilyBoost will place some administrative responsibility on families, the ECE sector, and Inland Revenue. This is necessary to provide targeted and timely support to parents and caregivers of young children to manage the rising cost of living with a partial reimbursement of their ECE fees.
