4807 (2024). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: What advice, briefings or information, if any, has the Minister received in regarding creating a special humanitarian visa for Palestine nationals?

Hon Erica Stanford: I have requested and receive regular advice from my officials, including weekly updates on the visas issued to those affected by the Israel-Hamas crisis, and information on what other countries are doing. Due to the constantly evolving nature of the humanitarian crisis, most of this advice has been verbal.
