4796 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: How will parents who have not enrolled their children in a general practice or Kaupapa Maori provider learn about their enrolment, or opportunity for enrollment, when the system is automated?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that the planned automated system is designed to complement other opportunities for enrolment. The existing processes for PHOs and general practices to encourage enrolment will continue.
