4769 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: What reports, briefings, emails, memos, aides-memoire, notes or written advice, if any, has the Minister and/or his Office received regarding Compass-provided lunches in the school lunch programme receiving a $0.84 top-up per meal for about 43% of the meals it delivers; listed by title and date received?

Hon David Seymour: Titles of all advice that I have received has been, or will be, proactively released on the Ministry of Education website: https://www.education.govt.nz/our-work/information-releases/ My office receives a large amount of material every week. Asking them to collate that material would require substantial collation and research and prevent them from undertaking their substantive roles. I do not consider this to be in the public interest.
