4757 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What efforts if any had been made to verify the vaccination history of the two children who were described as confirmed and probable measles cases before media were alerted on 31 March 2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that Health New Zealand obtains vaccination history of potential cases and identified contacts as part of case and contact management standard practice. Vaccination history is verified by the Aotearoa Immunisation Register.
