4750 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the last quarter (September to December 2023), toward implementing the recommendation to ‘require Pharmac to ensure its contractual obligations do not preclude the sharing of commercially sensitive information with the key monitoring agencies such as Health NZ / Māori Health Authority, the Treasury’ from the Pharmac Review final report?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the Ministry of Health is satisfied that Pharmac has been able to share the information needed during the last quarter (September to December 2023) for monitoring purposes.
