4713 (2026). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Justice: Did Cabinet consider other options besides "move-on" orders to deal with homelessness and/or public disorder, and if so, what were these options?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Cabinet did not consider "move-on orders to deal with homelessness" but did consider, and agree to, provide Police with an additional tool to move people on who are engaging in disorderly behaviour.
