Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the last quarter (September to December 2023) by the recently established Māori Advisory Rōpū in providing Māori leadership and high-level advice and guidance on Pharmac’s commitment to achieving the best health outcomes for Māori?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that in the last quarter (September to December 2023), Pharmac's Māori Advisory Rōpū has led and supported actions including looking at Māori health equity within health technology assessment; provided feedback on equity policy; received updates on anti-racism work; and received Māori people and capability updates.
