4706 (2025). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What guidance has been provided to local and regional government planning and consenting teams regarding the Fast-Track Application Portal?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that a weekly Fast-track newsletter goes to key stakeholders including local government organisations. The Environmental Protection Authority will be running online sessions on agencies' and authorities' role in the Fast-track process. These sessions will be complemented by guidance material that is being developed. This guidance material will be made available to local government organisations to support their role in the process.
