4696 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Has Oranga Tamariki had any discussions with potential providers of future military-style academies, if so, on what dates were these discussions held?

Hon Karen Chhour: I refer the Member to my response to WPQ 4480 (2025) Some potential providers may have expressed interest to Oranga Tamariki in being involved in future military-style academies, however I am advised Oranga Tamariki has not entered into any discussions regarding this as the design options are still at the preliminary stages and will be informed by evaluations of the MSA Pilot.
