4687 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Where, if anywhere, has the Oranga Tamariki Fast Track programme been expanded to and how many children, if any, of what age, have been supported by the expanded services as of January 2025?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that the Fast-Track programme was extended in 2024 to the 14 to 17-year-old age group in the following six regions: West Auckland, Central Auckland, South Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua, Christchurch. I am further advised that since the beginning of 2025, 41 children (10 to 13-years-old) and young people (14 to 17-years old) were referred to the Oranga Tamariki Fast Track Programme.
