4670 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: Does she stand by her statement that “the vast majority of those are invested in the higher-risk growth category”; if so, how many of the 50 potential investors have expressed an interest in the higher-risk growth category and the balanced category?

Hon Erica Stanford: I do not hold any personal or commercial information about the 50 people I was advised are interested in the revamped AIP visa. However, I have been advised by licensed immigration advisors and lawyers working in this area that most of interest they are seeing from potential investors is in the growth category.
