4666 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: In comparison to what do "young people aged 14 to 17 years remain significantly overrepresented in serious and repeat youth offending" as stated in Oranga Tamariki's Strategic Intentions 2024 - 2029?
Hon Karen Chhour: The description of the bar chart in Figure 13 in the Oranga Tamariki Strategic Intentions 2024-2029 refers to the fact that that young people aged 14 to 17 years are more likely to have serious and repeat youth offending behaviour compared to children aged 10 to 13 years.
