4654 (2025). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: With regards to Reply 1374, in the search for mental health professionals, for the Wairarapa Community Mental Health Team, is Health New Zealand currently actively recruiting psychiatrists and, if so, when do applications close?

Hon Matt Doocey: I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 4267 (2025). I am further advised there is an open advertisement for consultant psychiatrist positions which encompasses all vacancies for Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley, including Wairarapa district. The advertisement has a closing date of 29 June 2025.
