4629 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: How much, if any, did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, spend fixing database security breaches in the 2022 calendar year?

Hon Mark Mitchell: As the National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency, this would fall within the responsibility of the host agency. From December 2019 to 24 September 2025 the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet was the host agency and from 25 September 2025 hosting responsibilities transferred to the Department of Internal Affairs.
