4520 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: How many members of expert panels were proposed to be appointed, under the Fast Track Approvals Act, but were subsequently not appointed following consultation with the Minister?

Hon Chris Bishop: No expert panels have been appointed by the panel convener or associate panel conveners. I refer the Member to Schedule 3 of the Fast-track Approvals Act for details regarding the Appointment of Panel Members.
