Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise as at 17 February 2025, 211,500 complying trusts have filed returns for the 2022-23 income year. Of these trusts, 159,700 have disclosed in aggregate $539 billion of total assets, $174 billion of total liabilities and $365 billion of owner’s equity.
