Hon Mark Mitchell: I received the following advice during the week beginning 2 February 2026. - National Iwi Chairs Forum and meeting with Iwi Chairs impacted by recent severe weather (3 Feb 2026) - Fortnightly Status Report for the period 23 January 2026 to 04 February 2026 (5 Feb 2026) - Delegation letter for Associate Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery (5 Feb 2026) I received one other document during the week beginning 2 February 2026 however it is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, other agencies, and other Ministers’ offices.
