4443 (2026). Hon Phil Twyford to the Associate Minister of Immigration: What aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received during the week beginning 2 February 2026, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Chris Penk: The documents I received from MBIE during the week 9 February 2026 are listed in the table attached. I also receive advice on individual immigration cases in line with my responsibilities as Associate Minister. Due to privacy concerns, I do not believe it is in the public interest to release these.
