4440 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any open on the week beginning 3 February 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions and what date are any such consultations expected to close?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. I am advised that no consultations with DPMC and NEMA staff have been carried out regarding any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions from 3-7 February 2025.
