4417 (2024). Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: Further to his answer to written question 3169 (2024); how many conflicts of interest have been declared at each Cabinet meeting, by Cabinet meeting and Minister?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Details regarding conflicts of interest are not generally disclosed, in order to ensure the confidentiality of Cabinet proceedings, to maintain the effective conduct of public affairs, and in some cases to protect personal privacy. This has been the approach of successive administrations and I do not intend to depart from it.
