Celia Wade-Brown to the Minister of Transport: What correspondence, if any, has the Minister received about the ability of the Greater Wellington Regional Council and Horizons Regional Council to raise fares or subsidies for the Wairarapa or Capital Connection train lines in advance of the new delivery of rolling stock trains?
