Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that the main differences to the four criteria between the previous and current Purchase Rules are: •The scope of each service Rule One has been more clearly defined and limited; and •The ability to purchase, under certain conditions, supports that another agency might be responsible for or fund, has been removed from Rule Four.
