4318 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What contingency plans, if any, does Health New Zealand have in place to prevent unplanned outages of critical health IT systems following IT staff cuts?

Hon Simeon Brown: Health New Zealand is undertaking a change process to ensure its support functions are right-sized to support the frontline, so that all Kiwis have access to timely, quality healthcare. I refer the Member to the response to Written Parliamentary Question 76838 (2024).
