4238 (2025). Rachel Boyack to the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage: How, if at all, does the potential closure of Te Auaha support the Government's Strategic Pillar 'Nurturing Talent' in Amplify: A Creative and Cultural Strategy for New Zealand (Draft) 2024–2030?
Hon Paul Goldsmith: The draft strategy has actions that support educational pathways into the creative and cultural industries, at all levels of training including both formal and informal training. Campus infrastructure decisions are matters for the governing bodies of the relevant institutions. In the case of Wellington’s Te Auaha campus, I understand no decisions have yet been made.
